Who we are
This website, https://waterejecthelp.com, is published by Water Eject Help. For anything about this policy or your data, email [email protected].
What we collect
Information you give us. Nothing, unless you choose to email us. The contact form does not submit to this website; it opens your own email app.
Information collected automatically. Like almost every website, our web server records standard access logs when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser’s user-agent string. These logs are used only to keep the site running, diagnose faults and protect it from abuse.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It contains no analytics, no advertising or remarketing tags, no social media widgets and no third-party scripts or fonts. Every file the page uses is served from this domain.
If you pick a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key weh-theme. It never leaves your device, is not a cookie, and you can clear it at any time by choosing “Auto” in the menu or clearing site data in your browser.
The site may be advertised through search ads. Clicking an ad brings you to this page, but no conversion tag or tracking pixel is installed here. If that ever changes, this policy and the cookie page will be updated first and a consent choice will be added before any tag loads.
Audio and microphone
The water eject tone is generated inside your browser when you press Start. No audio is uploaded, the microphone is never requested or used, and nothing about your use of the tool is sent to us.
If you email us
We receive your email address, name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and keep the conversation for reference. We never add you to a mailing list.
Third parties
Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf to deliver the site. Our email provider processes messages you send us. Neither is allowed to use the data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Legal bases (UK and EEA visitors)
Server logs are processed under our legitimate interests in running a secure, working website. Emails are processed under our legitimate interests in answering you, or to take steps you have asked for. Storing your theme preference is strictly necessary to honour a choice you made.
Retention
Server logs are kept for up to 30 days unless needed longer to investigate abuse. Emails are kept for up to 24 months after the conversation ends, then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Email [email protected] to use any of these rights; we will answer within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority, which in the UK is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Data may be processed in countries other than your own by our hosting and email providers; where that happens, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.
Children
The site is a general-audience tool and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
If what the site does with data changes, this page changes in the same update, with a new effective date at the top.
